Baie baie dankie vir 'n pragtige saal, handruikers, skouerruiker en kerk! Julle het so 'n groot stres van my en my ma afgehaal op die dag! Die koekies in die boom was 'n definitiewe treffer by die gaste gewees. Alles was so mooi. Een gas het selfs vir my gesê dat ons troue mooier as haar eie was! Wat 'n kompliment...

Ek moet ook net noem dat die rooi rose ongelooflik was. Die kleur was 'n baie diep rooi.. dit was stunning!

Ek wil net weereens so baie dankie se vir ons onbeskryflike troue en dat julle ons dag so mooi gemaak het met al die blomme.. en boonop praat mense nou nog van ons pragtige blomme en dekor, tafeluitlegstaander, die mooi blompotte, die verskeidenheid van blomme en blare en veertjies wat julle gebruik het, die uitmuntende diens en al julle detail... selfs met al die wind gedurende die seremonie! Ek het vir julle ook fotos aangeheg ....Sien, ek het my belofte aan jou gehou ne!! Daar is oor die 800 fotos... so ek het 'n paar wat die venue, tafeluitleg endiesmeer insluit, vir jou aangeheg. Laat weet gerus as daar iets spesifieks is wat jy ook wil he.

Tonne dankies Lucinda dat jy en jou en span soveel moeite gedoen het om die prentjies wat ek in my kop gehad het te omskep in die werklikheid! Julle diens was uitstekend, ek het amper nie geweet julle is daar nie! Julle was betyds, georganiseerd, het ekstra planne gemaak soos die ekstra lanters wat jy gehang het om ons dansvloer selfs nog mooier te laat lyk. En selfs die opruiming die volgende dag het ook geskied sonder dat ek gepla is en alles is sistematies gedoen. Julle het selfs togelaat dat die venue van die blompotte en die blomme kon hou vir meer as 'n week... omdat my blomme so mooi was en so goed by die dekor gepas het! En Lucinda, dankie is nie die woord nie, maar ek kon enige tyd vir jou email of bel en jy was reg om te help en my miljoene vrae te beantwoord, 'n ander plan te maak en veranderings aan te bring!! DANKIE!!

Weereens dankie vir die presiese waarmee julle alles behartig het, en julle aanpasbaarheid en al die klein dingetjies soos die ekstra rangskikkings voor die canape-tent, die pragtige diamante-speldjies in die skouerruikers.  Ag, sommer net alles!! Die detail, moeite en vriendelike diens met elke email en ontmoeting.. en ook al die fotos wat jy gestuur het... Ongelooflik!! Ek het regtig alles gesien, en ons het alles wardeer, ons kon nie vir 'beter diens met meer behulpsame mense soos jy en jou span gevra het nie!
Nou kan ek nie wag om ons 'vows te renew', 'baby shower' te hou... of sommer net 'n rede vind vir 'n partytjie met pragtige dekor nie.. sodat ek weer met jou kan werk nie!

We had our wedding at Nelson's Creek wine farm on 21 March 2010. We were so very happy we chose Bunches for Africa as our florist and decorator, as they delivered an exceptional service!!
Jason and myself, being inexperienced in decorating and not too sure on what we wanted, found Lucinda very helpful and professional, and guided us in choosing the correct colours, theme, fabrics and designs. She provided us with decor that suited our style and theme - Roses and red wine. The decor and flowers had such an elegant and classy touch to it, everyone had something good to say about our decor!

Bunches for Africa were also so reliable on the day, you did not have to worry about anything, you could just leave everything in their own hands. If there was a problem, they would handle it and come up with good alternatives, without stressing out the Bride and groom.

We are very thankful for the responsibility, level of commitment and execution of service that bunches for Africa delivered to us before and during our Wedding day.

Ek wil net van die geleentheid gebruik maak om ongelooflik baie dankie te sê vir die ongelooflike diens wat ons by julle gekry het. Julle was altyd vriendelik, baie proffesioneel en dit was nooit te laat vir veranderings vir julle nie en alles waarvoor ons gevra het en kon droom oor het julle vir ons gedoen. Julle het ons groot dag vir ons ongelooflik mooi gemaak en ons is julle baie dankbaar daarvoor. Julle is 'n top span en ons wens jul groot sukses toe vir die toekoms wat jul oor en oor verdien!

Ons dank jul dus met warm harte vir die aandeel wat jul in ons trou dag gehad het.

It was a hot day, 31 degrees to be exact. Bunches for Africa came and set up the venue at Neethlingshof. They provided the table settings, flowers for the cake and for the wedding party.

Due to it being so hot, they had to take some of the flower down and put fresher flower out as they were already wilted. The set up crew stayed until I, the bride arrived, and when the cars were pulling into the driveway they placed the bouquets of flowers out next to the gazebo.

The flowers held very well in the sun and were later used inside the reception as well. Our parents took home the flowers and they lasted a further 2 weeks.  The bridal bouquet was study and didn’t wilt.

I am very satisfied with the service I got from Bunches for Africa. They allowed me to make many changes to my order up to the day before the wedding and were very accommodating.

Many of the guests loved the decor and it really made the wedding special and perfect.

Baie dankie, alles het so perfek gelyk Saterdag.  Dankie dat julle dit vir ons so spesiaal gemaak het. 
Vandat ek jou kom sien het daai eerste keer het ek gerus gevoel dat jy verstaan hoe ek wou he die blomme en tafel dekor moes lyk op ons troudag.  

Ons was so opgewonde op die dag toe ons by die venue aankom.  Min maak ‘n bruid so gelukkig as om te sien dat alles so fantasties uitgedraai het,  Die blomme het amazing gelyk en geruik.  Alles was op die regte plek, smaakvol en perfek!

Toe julle die bruidsruiker, blommemeisie ruiker en skouerruikers kom

It was on someone else’s recommendation that we arranged a consultation with Lucinda and not without our doubts; we walked hastily into her office. We only had 6 weeks to arrange our entire wedding and although we had most of the A-Z’s sorted out we needed someone to tie some of the very necessary loose ends. And what a relief when we saw with what care and diligence they helped and assisted us. I was very apprehensive at first to use bunches for Africa, as I was not convinced by your website that you would be able to do what I wanted, BOY!! Was I wrong? After viewing your portfolio at your office I was sold.

Lucinda your ideas and vision from our very first meeting blew me away, you took our ideas, and incorporated your brilliant style and flair. It takes a very special person to in vision somebody else’s ideas of what they want. The time you spent with us was never too much, and with us changing things around at our demo, you just ran with what we gave you.

The morning of the wedding when you and Stella arrived, I could not help but to shed a tear, the flowers, had even looked better in real life, than what I had dreamed of, everybody commented on the alternative approached of our arrangements, and absolutely loved our finishing touched, the umbrellas’ and fans just added that extra touch to the garden ceremony.

I just want to tell you and share with others about what a wonderful job Bunches For Africa did for my wedding in July of '09.

We live in the US and my mom had booked the date before we got there; when we got there a few weeks before the wedding we picked out the specifics. Even with little time you did everything better than perfect. We were extremely pleased with how everything came out. We had some specific requests when it came to our flowers and you guys did it even better than we could have imagined.
I just love how we were able to get all of our flowers AND decorations from the same place and you had exactly what we wanted, and if you didn't you made sure to find it. My wedding cake would not have been so beautiful if it weren't for you guys...it was SPECTACULAR !! You guys are so great that you even changed my bouquet ON the morning of my wedding!

Like most bridezillas I spent months trawling through wedding mags, collecting pictures, getting ideas and perfecting my (slightly obsessive) vision of a perfect wedding day. At our first meeting I explained how I had been collecting various bric a brac from flea markets, and that I wanted to use them as part of my vintage county wedding theme. You were immediately open and excited about trying something a little different – and started making that vision come to life.

I never expected that the execution of that vision would be even better than what I had imagined. And while I’m sure every bride gets compliments on the reception décor, our guests couldn’t stop talking about the motley collection of mismatched vases, jars and tarnished pewter mugs overflowing with classic roses, fluffy pink carnations, lisianthus and the most beautifully scented lilies and tuberoses.

The outside ceremony was better than I expected and it blew me away, I walked down the aisle and all I saw were those beautiful Barberton daisies staring back at me and I knew it was time!

The ceremony was so beautifully decorated and everything was were it was supposed to be, it truly was exactly what I envisioned it would look like!

Dit voel soos ‘n onbegonne taak om in woorde te sit die impak wat jy en jou span op ons spesiale dag, op 22 November 2008, gehad het. Met die intrapslag by julle het ons geweet: “Ons is by die regte plek!”.

Hierdie is net ‘n kort boodskap om vir julle dankie te sê: Lucinda, dankie vir jou geduld en bystand met die reël van die blomme en decor vir ons troue. Jou idees, jou kennis, jou glimlag, jou kalmerende effek op ‘n gestresde bruid het alles bygedra dat ons dag glad verloop het. Niks was ooit vir jou te veel moeite nie, en jou vermoë om die bruid en die bruidegom ‘te lees’ en voorstelle te gee wat ons geaardheid en styl pas, was verstommend. Dit was van meet af duidelik dat jy ‘n geoefende hand in hierdie besigheid is en jou ondervinding was van onskatbare waarde.

Elke afspraak met jou het weereens getoon dat ons die regte besluit gemaak het om julle te gebruik. Toe ons die saal instap by Neethlingshof, kom die woord sprokiestroue op, want dit is hoe dit gelyk het: Soos ‘n sprokie. Jy het soveel moeite gedoen van die blomme rangskikkings en ruikers regdeur tot elke klein dodderhartjie, boksie, liggie en kersie – elkeen op die regte plek. Nie eens te praat van die geskenkboks en ander decor wat presies ingepas het by ons troue-styl. Net wat ‘n bruid, en bruidegom natuurlik, wil hê.

En hoe weet jy die blomme en decor op jou troue was nommerpas? Wanneer jou gaste nie uitgepraat kan raak daaroor nie, en dit was so in ons geval.

Dra ook asseblief ons boodskap van dank aan jou helpers oor, en die bestuur van Bunches moet weet watter juweel hulle in jou het.

I would just like to express my absolute gratitude to your team at Bunches for Africa for creating a fairy tale wedding for Leschley and myself on 13/12/2008. I was blown away by your attention to detail and the great lengths you went to, to create such a spectacular wedding. When I started to plan my wedding I was daunted by the thought of having a Garden wedding as there was so much planning and organizing that had to go along with it. I was pleasantly surprised when I found out that Bunches of Africa could take care of every detail of my Ceremony, as well as Reception décor.

The friendly Wedding co-coordinator Lucinda, helped me to plan every last detail of my wedding, from getting the chairs for the ceremony to the interesting table seating’s that were made from real eatable cookies. The Bunches team gave life to the butterfly theme I had in mind for my wedding and exceeded my wildest expectations by far. Little turquoise butterflies were put on the back of my guests chairs, on the tables, in the flowers and on the serviette rings and all the guests were fascinated by the attention to detail that was given.

My guests had a fun time looking for their names on the table seating cookies placed in the trees at the Reception and my new husband and I could finish our photo shoot without worrying that guests would be bored. When I walked into the reception Venue I was blown away as to how beautiful it looked. The flowers were gorgeous and the décor absolutely stunning. In the middle of the room the team still took the time to make a heart made out of rose petals for us, it was one of the best surprises ever. Everyone at my Wedding commented on how relaxed I appeared and it was all thanks to you guys who made it possible for me to stress about nothing.

Thank-you Bunches for giving me a fairytale Wedding that I can treasure for the rest of my life.

I would like to share my story with you:

For our wedding I shopped around for the perfect Florist to do our weddings arrangements and when I found Bunches for Africa and met with their Wedding Consultant Lucinda Pienaar I knew I was at the right place... You sometimes just get that gut feeling that you are in the right place and especially for your wedding you need to know that the flowers will be done right. To me service is a big thing and their warehouse is clean and the staff is friendly.

Lucinda is a very sweet, honest and extremely professional person with a passion and drive that I sensed from the first time she spoke to me.

I organized every detail of my own wedding and consider myself to be pretty creative and a perfectionist, therefore I gave her precise instructions and ideas and she understood and worked with my ideas to create the most amazingly beautiful flower arrangements.

We’ve been staying in Johannesburg for almost two years but decided to have our wedding in Cape Town where we were both raised and where our family and friends lived. We knew planning our wedding day from afar would be a challenge but we had the help and support of family & friends as well as excellent service providers who helped create our dream wedding.

We arrived in CT a week before the wedding and only had this short period of time in which to finalise last minute issues. Thanks to Bunches for Africa, we were able to finalise everything in one afternoon. We had the reassurance from Lucinda Pienaar that we could make any last minute changes up until the day before the wedding, be it colour scheme or flowers, they would make it happen. Thankfully we never had any last minute changes as we were happy with all the suggestions and ideas presented to us in the afternoon that we met with Lucinda. We had regular contact with Bunches for Africa who went out of their way to meet our décor requirements. We felt confident that we were in good hands.

The week leading up to the wedding was extremely busy and stressful as we only had this one week in which to tie up all the loose ends before the wedding. When the big day finally arrived I was still feeling a bit stressed and anxious but that all faded as we arrived at our garden ceremony. The garden was a breathtaking view, flowers in full bloom, the sound of birds and a fountain in the background, total and blissful peace. At last I managed to relax and absorb all the beauty that was put together by all who were involved, from the venue co-ordinators at Neethlingshof to Bunches for Africa who did a breathtaking job with decorating our garden ceremony with ivy and sprays of flowers, our reception area with tall and stunning centrepieces for guest tables and a bed of flowers and candles for our main table. A more romantic setting I could not have imagined. The entire day exceeded our greatest expectations. Our wedding day was perfect and this all thanks to the hard work and efforts of those who helped.

We would like to express our sincere thanks to Lucinda Pienaar and the rest of the staff at Bunches for Africa for the beautiful flowers and decor. We would also like to express our thanks to the management of Neethlingshof for the use of their beautiful venue and good food. And a very special thank you to Michael, the event co-ordinator at Neethlingshof. Michael and his staff delivered excellent and superb service that our wedding guests are still talking about today.
